SOUND LOCATION

Driven by a passion for post-production audio and its artistic impact on films, I discovered a complementary field in location sound recording. The social aspect of this work, the opportunity to explore new places and events, and the daily challenges it presents all drew me in.

My most formative experience was my involvement in the feature film "Witz" (Hélicotronc, 2018) directed by Martine Doyen. As sound engineer and then live sound editor and assistant sound editor, I oversaw the entire sound recording process, from filming and foley to post-synchronization and mixing in renowned studios. Working on the entire production chain gave me a comprehensive understanding of my work and the ability to solve problems from multiple angles.

Over the years, I have meticulously assembled a professional and comprehensive equipment kit that suits my needs. This setup allows me to work independently and deliver impeccable sound quality to my clients.

While I am primarily based in Paris, I spend a significant amount of time in my native region, the Basque Country. I aspire to expand my network and increase my involvement in filmmaking projects in this region.
